Your Pre-Program Checklist:

C). Pull out your calendar and book three weekly appointments for yourself for exercise (this may take some time to *actually* look through your schedule)

KEYS TO SUCCESS:

  • 2 Strength Workout Per Week

  • 1-3 Days of Cardiovascular and/or Mobility

  • 7k-10k steps per day

  • 0.5 oz of water per pound of bodyweight per day (Ex. 200lbs = 100oz water)

  • Begin to meal prep to follow your personalized eating guide

  • Attend all seminars or watch recording

SUPPLEMENTATION:

Our philosophy on supplementation is not dissimilar from our nutrition philosophy. We believe when your body has what it needs, magic happens. Sometimes, that isn’t always possible with food for various reasons.

That’s where supplementation can be both necessary and convenient. There are three categories a supplement may fit under: nutritional, convenience, and performance.

The ones we use most frequently are:

  • High quality vitamin D3 (because most of the population is very deficient)

  • Magnesium (because most of the population is deficient and modern farming practices strip it from our soil and thus foods)

  • Whey Protein (for convenience and to improve daily protein intake)

The ones we occasionally use:

  • Creatine (for brain health, strength, and recovery)

  • A nutritional-based pre-workout (we carry our favorite in-store)

  • An evidence-based fat burner—these supplements are not right for everyone so we typically don’t recommend them unless you complete all the keys to success above. Otherwise, you are wasting your money.
