About this class series:
This series consists of two in person small group sessions (2-6 people) and is designed for relative beginners who are ready to progress their skill set to become an intermediate to advanced lifter.
The pace will be very slow. This is not a “workout” class but rather a skills seminar so you won’t be asked to do more than you can handle.
You will learn 14 new movements (7 each session) from a coach to ensure you’re doing each one perfectly before leaving.
When booking please be sure to book both Part 1 and Part 2. Do not book two "Part 1” classes or you will repeat the same class twice.
