THE FREEDOM 40

You’ve done the work. You’ve learned, grown, and challenged yourself but, there’s one last step. The Freedom 40 is your chance to transform into the best version of yourself and share this new lifestyle with your community in ways we can’t (and only you can).

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Goals:

  • Set aside 40 days to step into the new-fit version of you

  • Give your brain evidence for this identity shift and cap it off with celebration at the end to signify your evolution.

  • Share the good news of health with your community

The Plan:

  • Movement every day (programmed for you via our app)

    • Note: this will not be an extreme program but rather, a consistent one

  • 1/2-1 gal of water per day

  • Journal 1x/week (to develop self-awareness—THE x-factor in longevity with fitness)

  • No fast food or alcohol (a meal prep guide will be provided for you)

  • Read 15 pages per day (book suggestions provided)

  • Less than 1 hour of leisure phone time per day (strategies provided)

  • Share your journey with others (we will show you how)
