Notes:

  • Meal prep decreases decision fatigue and makes your decisions in a calm state.

  • Rule 1: Do not overcomplicate things—any meal prep will likely move the needle

  • Divide daily calories and protein by 3 to get the initial reference point for PER MEAL TOTALS.

  • Multiply per meal totals by the number of meals you’d like to prep to get prep totals —this informs your grocery shopping list.

  • Make your food taste good—salt is not your enemy
