Mobility isn’t Flexibility. Mobility is active range of motion while flexibility is passive range of motion. Mobility is dependent upon strength.
Muscle guarding is the tightening of muscles surrounding a joint which is unsupported causing stiffness and sometimes pain.
Real strength means stability and control through an entire range of motion.
Strength isn’t just the ability to produce force but also to control it
Positional strength is important to understand to prevent injury and to improve results.
