STAFF INSTRUCTIONS: Read the script below and enter new member data before waiving the enrollment fee.

Once the form is submitted, follow the instructions on the next pop-up.

Okay, #firstname. I have all of your info in here. Your membership is going to be $##.00 every 4 weeks. There is a one time enrollment fee of $29 but we waive that fee if you subscribe to our new member onboarding. Basically, I’ll send you an email with a video to watch that will help you get started and tell you about everything we offer.

If it’s okay with you I’ll waive that $29 right now and send you the new member orientation. Would that be okay to send you the orientation or would you rather pay the enrollment fee?

Awesome. Just a second and I’ll get this sent.”

POTNETIAL MEMEMBER QUESTIONS:

“Why is there an enrollment fee?”

  • We have a lot of upfront costs for new members so we don’t make any money for your first few months. The enrollment fee helps cover those costs.

  • The reason we waive it if you complete the new member onboarding is people who complete the onboarding typically hit their goals and end up becoming long term members so we are betting that even though we lose a little up front we’ll make it up on the back end by making sure you’re successful.

“I don’t want to do an orientation and I don’t want to pay an enrollment fee.”

  • I understand. Just looking at your answers on your form here there are a few things I can see that are going to make it very very difficult for you to hit your goals so that onboarding is going to address these needs.

  • Explain what you’re seeing and how the onboarding will solve their problems**

  • Does that sound okay or do you really not want us to ever send you any emails to help you out?

  • *If member refuses, agree to waive the enrollment fee and send a text to management for them to reach out to the member.
