From the start of Uplift Fitness we wanted to create a space that was inviting and encouraging. A place where beginners and advanced could come together and create a great atmosphere to workout in. A place of no intimidation; we truly believe we have accomplished this.

Our statistics show that almost 70% of our followers are women. We love that!  And what’s even more cool is the age range from 18-65! Girl power vibes are huge in this gym. On any given day you can find a group of hard working, determined, and goal centered women getting things done in here! From beginners to advanced we all share this space and lift each other up (not literally).

We’ve had a lot of questions about personal training and many saying they want to start working out, but don’t know how to start or stick with it. So we listened!⬇️⬇️⬇️

📝🏋🏻‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️We created 10 different 4 week WORKOUT PROGRAMS that we will chose for you based on your goals. Designed for beginners and intermediates, these programs are available at the front desk for $15. Along with the 4 week workout program, you will receive our beginner guide for free. You will be asked to fill out a short form so we can get a better understanding of your goals and your past with fitness so that we can chose the best program for you.

These programs are designed so that you will be able to work through it yourself. There are thorough descriptions of each exercise and how to perform them. Staff, will be available (during hours), to assist you if you have questions about your program.

🔸All handbook rules will apply to students
🔸When school is in session 8-12 hours will be off limits for student access

🔹Review and sign handbook We know the weights can be scary! This is a little message of encouragement today for those of you unsure about getting a membership at Uplift or those who have joined and are just beginning.

75% of the members who joined us this last week let us know that they were unsure how to start a workout routine in the gym. But they also came ready for CHANGE. To those of you that needed to hear this today; the best place to start is the beginning.
