Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese

  • 1/2 apple from farmers market, chopped into cubes

  • 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or local honey

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl or container. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate in an air-tight container up to four days.
