Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be made in person or online using this form only. Contacting staff members via personal messages or social media will not result in membership cancellation.
Members with membership carrying a contract who wish to terminate early will be charged the difference between the contract and non-contract price for the number of payment periods the membership was held. No refunds will be processed 5 days after charges have been invoiced. Payments made for past due invoices are not considered for refund. Only charges due to billing error of staff will be refunded after 5 days of the invoice date.
